Happy new year to you & yours . The description of your babies illness is suggestive of viral illness .Please use saline nose drops before each feed & do give paracetamol also round the clock for two days. At the same time be vigilant to note chest retractions, nasal flare etc signs of respiratory distress .if any of this is suspected do visit doctor quickly . Hope this is helpful.
