New mom suffering with cold and fever
I have two month old baby and on breast feed+ formula feed due to latching issues I am expressing my milk and giving and as my milk supply is low so giving formula feed as a top up.
Now I am not feeling well, suffering with cold and feeling chill and feverish and full body pains.
Can I express my milk and feed my baby or do I need to stop feeding him and give complete formula feed?
