My baby is 20 days old and im exclusively breast feeding her but she isn't sleeping calmly after feeds so im pumping and giving her my milk i want to know what is the quantity to feed the pumped milk in ml?

Kindly do not quantify breastmilk. If the baby s gaining weight and passing urine adequately breastmilk s adequate, newborns maybe restless for a number of reasons that are not feed related, kindly consult a pediatrician online/offline.

Roughly around 12 to 15 ml per kg ( of baby weight ) every 2 hours. Of baby weight is 3kg then 40 to 45 ml. But the most important thing is baby should gain weight.
