Child Health Issues

Hello Doctors, My daughter is 32 months old. From starting(1st year of birth) she keep getting Cough cold and fever every month during winter season and same thing is continuing till now she gets cough cold n eventually fever. Does that mean her immunity is low or is that common for kids to catch cold so frequently ? What can be done to protect her from these frequent episodes of cough cold n fever though take full care that she don't don't eat any thing that would cause her this n take care of proper clothing as well. But now a days she started putting random things in mouth. She is an under weight kid n weighs only 10kgs. Please help me regarding this. Thanks

Hi my 5month 8daysold baby girl is not Turning sides and not turning from back to tummy... if i only turn her side she cant lift head herself n lay on tummy she need very light support to lift her head to lay on her tummy... but the following things are she able to do Making different sounds like coo Holds her head without support (slightly shake) Follow moving objects: Turn head in the direction of sound Smile at people Laugh n giggle Different types of cry Get fussy n act bored if activities doesn't change Recognize people at distance Distinguish my face from others Calming herself by putting her hands into mouth Hands n legs activities are lot she try to move by kicking her legs n beating hands on surface Im worried a lot like why she is not turning herself and lying on her tummy please suggest me something is it normal or something wrong?   she is able to sit with support

Hi doctor. My daughter age is born on dec16 2020. My daughter got 1st dose vaccine penta for immune system in 2nd month on right leg. Then she got lump on that injection site. It's been 12 days yet that lump has not gone. We keeping ice on her leg everyday yet it's not gone. Can u please suggest what to do?
