My son was born in 36 weeks 1 day . Does he need any additional care or supplements for good growth and development?

My daughter is 18 months old and very active. But I notice at times she walks with her toes. Is it cause of concern?? She is fine otherwise.

My daughter is 2.5 years old now. Since birth, she has sleep regressions. She will wake up between 2AM and 3AM and cry & scream uncontrollably and it lasts for 30 mins. The episodes happened so often (every night, twice a week, once a week, once a month) until she becomes 18 months. Then it gradually decreased. Episodes now comes once in 4 or 5 months. During these times, We have consulted many doctors. They said it is normal and occurs due to baby is over tired. She is learning things and languages quickly and able to talk and convey what she wants. But today the episode had come after 7 months. She woke up at 3AM and cried, screamed continuously for 30 mins. And for another 30 mins she was screaming and asking for toys, play cartoons. We tried to console her in many ways but failed. After 90 mins she became normal and slept. Is this normal and will it disappear? How long she will have such sleep regressions in her life?

My son is 11 years old. 2 months before he suffered with cold. When we visit doctor, he told he is having cold in chest and prescribed some medicines. Later he cured. Then all of our family members suffered by cold and because of that my son again caught cold and during sleep i heard some different sound while he breathe. The very next day we visit doctor and doctor examine for 1 week. Then he prescribed lasma 5mg tablet everyday. Now i gave that medicine regularly. We don't have family history of asthma. Now my worry is taking the tablet regularly create any side effect. And will he addicted to that tablet?How long we need to take?what happened if i have stopped that now? Please guide us. Thank you.
