My baby has fallen from bed he has no symptoms should I wait or consult a doctor.He is 8 month old.no external.injury

My daughter is 11months old. She has got some pimples on stomach and chest area. I feel like it is summer rashes. I thought of using blue calamine lotion. Please please help me in suggesting if it different from my findings. Baby itches it lot, itching makes pimples red. Please help with suggestion for this rashes. Attached the pics.

My baby is born with 2.3 kgs weight. In 2 days she reduced to 1.7 kg and gradually started gaining weight. Now she completed one month and she weighs 3 kg. Her head (fore head to back of head) circumference is 38 cm but her face looks small compared to other babies of her weight/age. Is it normal? Please let me know if I need to consider any checkup for her face.
