My son is 1yr 1month old ..he's having fever with teething ..how much ml should I give paracetamol drops?and how frequently?

My son is 45 days old, we have been giving vitanova 800iu vitamin d3 drops 1 ml per day,but I have read on various sites that the correct dosage is 400 iu per day, his birth weight was 3.3 kg and he is not having any problem apart from occasional vomits and passing gas.

Hi My son is 6 yrs old...he got fever suddenly...gave him paracetamol syrup after 6 hrs it got developed slowly..again gave same syrup. Should I continue the same for next 12 hrs n see? Please suggest. He played in the shower for long time today.i suspect that could be a reason.
