Frequently fever , vomiting
Since today morning the baby boy have fever , after giving paracetamol it goes but then again comes in 2- 3 hours . Not taking food properly and also vomiting 2-3 times.
Fever is continued from morning ang goes when paracetamol is given .

you need to keep him well fed. rest you are doing good. Just add a syrup domped 3 ml 30 min before feeding. Once he stop vomiting and eat well the fever will subside. keep a watch on urine output give lot of fluid in diet.
