Child Health Issues

Baby is 5.5 months old. She started coughing. She coughs every hour or so and gets very uncomfortable, almost makes faces like puking. Its a dry cough. No fever. She weighs 7 kgs and is on breast feed purely.

My Nephew had continuous vomit. We consulted doctor and gave ondem and cyclopan. But still he's continuously vomiting and we are in out of our town.

My daughter is of 2month and 15days . Today she gets vaccinated and having lots of vaccination pain. I am giving paracetamol drop. But she is in of lots of pain plz suggest some medicine so pain and uneasyness can be minimised

My daughter is 15 months old and has been suffering from loose motions for the last 3 days. I gave her an ORS  but she vometed please tell me what should I give her now

My child is 20 months old and i think he has swallowed metformin glyciphage i take i am not sure as he was playing with the pack and i didn't saw him taking it pls help me i dont know what should I do

Respected Sir/Madam My baby boy born on 10Feb2021. After birth my baby looking fine weight 2800gms , urine & latrine doing normal like . He have bilateral hydronephrosis problem before birth. Now after birth  within 72 hours USG/KUB test report showing both the kidney show in normal size, shape & position. The cortico - medullary diff is maintained. Hydronephrosis seen in both kidney but no calculas/cyst/mass on either side. Right RPD - 2.40 cm Left RPD- 1.16 cm Cortical thickness Right kedney - 0.27cm upper, Mid 0.37 , Lower pole 0.40 cm Left kidney _ upper 0.70cm , mid 0.49, lower 0.64 cm. Ureters - Dilated Urinary bladder shows adiquate urine inside . Few internal . Bladder - echoes seen in the bladder lumen. Blader wall appears thickednd Prostate - childhood type Posterior urethra is mildly prominent. Sir , I want to know is there any problems?Next what to do ? Is it recovered automatically? Or some surgery may required?
