Watery motions
My son is 3 years old. Today he had 3 times watery motions. Plz prescribe medicine . He has been fine upto this morning.

Diarrhoea in this age group during time is usually viral in origin. It subsides on its own. Important is to replace water loss by making him drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, ors and curd. You can give him enterogermina 5 ml once a day for 3 days.

give him sachet sporolac 1 sachet twice a day for three days and syrup zinc 5 ml once a day for 14 days.. lot of fluids in diet and ors solution
keep a watch on his urine output .. consult nearest pediatrician if does not pass urine for more than 12 hrs look dull, have fever,
