  4. Fever since last three day. Going away!

Fever since last three day
My son is having fever since last three days , at night it goes up to 102 , runny nose , watery eyes , dry cough , dr priscribed me paracetamol , cetrazine and amoxicillin powder , but fever is not going away

Looks like a typical viral infection. Sometimes viral fever may remain for 3 to 6 days. Nothing to worry. Just continue paracetamol as and when require. Minimum gap between two doses of paracetamol is 4 hour.
