Yes you can give curd and curd rice , it will not cause any harm to your child. Infact he eats well his own immunity will fight back with virus.

yes running nose is no way contraindication for giving curd.. Just make sure it's not refrigerated. you can give him curd.
put a drop of nasoclear in both nostrils three times a day she will be relived
