Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, My baby is 18 months old and she started eating all family foods. So can I stop breastfeeding her? I want to be sure that it will not cause any health issue for her.

My son 4months 10 days old and his weight is 6.6kg and he is completely on breastfeed but his weight is not increasing much what is the reason fot this because in previous months he gained 1kg.

My daughter is 7 months old.. weight 6.5 kg.. There is a pimple like white spot on her lower gum.. what is that .. is that harmful.. what is the reason and how long it will take to disappear.

My daughter is 12 months old, and her weight is around 7.8 kgs. She do not eat or drink food adequately. She drinks milk only while asleep and approximately around 60-70 ml maximum in one go. We have tried to switch from formula milk to buffalo milk and vice versa but results remains same. There is no symptom of teething. We are monitoring her for last 2-3 months and status is same. Sometimes she doesn't drink milk for whole day. Also she do not eat any food more than 3-4 spoons. Do we need to worry about this?? Is it normal or something is wrong. Kindly suggest.

Doc suggested amphilox kid n combiflame 3 times..after evry 8 hrs..gvn 1st dose at 5pm today..nextdose will be at 1 am..can i give it my 4.7 yr old kid

My baby hasnt passed motion since 24hours. is it something to worry? she is a month old. do i wait or immediately take her to a pediatrician? how long do i wait. she is passing gas and is also taking regular breastfeed.

Dear sir May baby girl is 18months old.She is active and understands all commands whatever we say.But she tells only amma,baba,papa dada, babu etc words .She is not comfortable with tounge related words nanna,anna..I am worried about her speech..Do i need to check her with any speech therapist.. Note: My son started talking at age of 20months and myself at 2 and half years age started talking Please give any suggestions to improve talking in child ..

My 2 month old baby is exclusively On formula milk. But she is not taking milk as per the measurement prescribed On Nan Pro Stage 1 containers. Is that okay? For example.. It should be 180ml /5 feedings a day. But she takes only 90-120ml.
