Child Health Issues

USG KUB report for my one month baby boy -Right kedney is normal in size & shows normal corticomedullary differentiation. Cortical thickness is normal . No evidence of any renal calcuit or mass . Right kedney shows moderate hydroneprotic change . ( Right kedney _ 5.5 cm ) Left kedney - 5.8 cm & all other same like right kedney. Ureter - Dilated. Uninery bladder showes thickednd wall. Post void study shows 17cc urine in the urinary bladder. Proximal posterior urethra dilated due to narrow in posterior urethra. Sir , I want to know what is the next step for further management. What is the current condition of my baby? Surgery needed or not? What should I do at this time?

Baby age 22 days small amount vomit while feeding.my friend suggested that diastage and pepsin drops. Doctor not suggested.present we are using multi vitamins drops ,vitamin D3 drops,iron drops.please give suggestions.
