Hi.. Azithromycin is a antibiotic.. It should be prescribed by a doctor in case he/ she suspects any infection.. Plz do not self medicate which might lead to antibiotic resistance.. It is not a medication for generalized body pains and weakness.. plz consult ur doctor to get ur sister checked thoroughly.

Azithromycin is not a pain medicine. It is an antibiotic which has to be used judiciously. She need further evaluation as to why she is having pain at so many place. Please seek a proper consultation.
