Tomorrow is vaccination for my 12 week old boy. What are the precautions I should take before and after the vaccination? How to take care of him and how can i comfort him?

Hello, as such no fixed precautions to be taken prior to vaccination. Just ensure that your child is not suffering from any infection.
Post vaccination, there is possibility of child getting fever due to whole cell pertussis component. Just give drop paracetamol for symptomatic relief from fever and pain.
Apply ice pack over injected area if pain and erythema.
