My nephew is 2 days old he aspire meconium in womb suddenly we shift him into NICU on oxygen he is stable and good movements since birth doctors give oxygen 1 day and now they told he is better now tomorrow we remove oxygen. And his blood reports: Haemoglobin 17.1 gm WBC 9100 cu mm Platelets 1.35 lacks C reactive protein positive 27.3 mg/L Serum CK-MB 156 U/L  (N: 0-25 U/L) Serum sodium potassium are in normal Serum calcium 3.71 mg/dl (N: 4-5.2) . He is stable drinking milk from today. What is next sir how many days to recover him completely please suggest sir we are in trouble. Coz since birth my nephew is not come home. Please suggest His weight 2.6 kg Birth day 25 April 2021 8.30 pm

Hello doctor my son 1 year old now since last night he suffering with fever between range 100-101. Iam using crocin 240mg/5ml Twice daily 3ml . Except fever no other symptoms. Iam very worried and stressful About my son can you give  any advice Doctor 🙏

My son is having mild runny nose and watery eye from 4-5 days, he’ll be 10month next week. First 3days only left eye was watery now from past 2 days only right eye is watery. In the evening he is too cranky, specially around sleep time he cry a lot. otherwise in day time he is behaving perfectly normal. I tried Calpol but it’s not helping What should I do ??

Son is type 1 diabetes from August 2020. HB1ac is 6.4 done in March 21. He had stomach infection ( vomitting, loose motion, stomach ache ) in February 21. After taking treatment from Pediatric dr, vomit, fever and loose motion were cured but he is still complaining stomach ache till now. We had done Iga test for celiac it came negative. He mainly complains stomach ache at the time of getting up in the morning and around sleep time. And sometimes he also complains stomach ache before going to poty. No diarrhea, no vomit only stomach ache. Stomach ache is around navel area only. He is also looking weak and no weight gain from last two and half months. His diet is normal. Please guide anyone who is Pediatric gastrologist. Thanks

My niece is 2 years old. From last few months she doesn't eat properly. Last week whenever she eat something either she vomit or passed stool like running water . We consulted to the doctor and he prescribed some medicines but still she doesn't eat properly even motion is not good . What should we do now ?

Hi doctors good afternoon . I am worried about my baby. He is passing stool  6-7 times a day with fall smell and liquid type sticky potty and sometimes he vomit too and motion together. And he gets fever also slight ly 99-100° twice a week. And first time ever today  he passed white liquid stool like hi vomits. I am giving him electral and zinc syrup but he refuse to drink water and he hardly drink 200 ml a day and not during water electoral. Now I am worried about his condition . still he is somehow active. Pls help me out. Urine count is 5-6 times a day . And generally his body specially feet and head remain warm. His weight is not increasing for past two months his birth weight was 3 kg and current is 10 kg . Help me out. Any test required No other symptoms He eats daal rice oats cerelac and mostly breastfeed. So please review this case.

My baby is in seizure and last year it was diagnosed and fairly improved but now it is again the same symptoms and behavior happens.
