Child Health Issues

Hi, my son is 2 months old. He is on lectogen, as I never got breast milk. From past two days he has stopped sleeping in day time and hardly sleeps for one or two naps of 30 minutes in day time. He feels irritated and wants feeding every hour. Previously he used to feed at an interval of 2 hours. He feeds for 30-40 ml in each feeding. From past two days he frequently spits it out from nose and mouth. In night he wakes up at every three hours for feeding. Previously he used to poop two times, once in day time and once in night. But since past two days he poop four times in 24 hours in 6-7 hours gap each time. His poop is seedy, sticky and little wattery. Previously he used to have constipation. Please help. Thanks Everyone. Note: There is no fever, His nose sounds congested some times.
