My baby is 1 month old , she got cold and after 3 days she vomiting before I put in shoulder fr burping , it's full milk not curd kind ..also poop is watery and some time like watery jelly..is it due to cold or shall I go to doctor

Is it really safe to use AC/Cooler at this point of time when Covid is on its peak? I am staying in Noida, and its really hot now. Also why I am asking this question is, I am having a 19 months old toddler at home, and due to heat and sweating she is getting prickly heat rashes on her collar area. Should I start using AC/Cooler? For now, I am turning AC on around 7-8 PM for some time, so that room would be soothing to sleep by 10 pm. But baby is getting sweat and feeling hot during mid night.

13 month old seems to be doesn't have much concentration or eye contact, doesn't respond to name everytime hence showed to child specialist he said he is too small for any diagnose. Will he show any improvement before 18 months if not then why cannot we start any treatment?
