Child Health Issues

My 16 month old baby was not showing interest to eat or drink anything she is not even drinking water since past 3 days. Whenever she drinks milk she was vomiting a little and crying. She always wants me to carry her and make amber sleep. But she is quite active in playing and doing other activities.

My child is 4yrs 6m old. He struggles with writing/colouring/drawing. He switches hands for his daily tasks except - # opening caps, lids - left hand always # brushing teeth - usually right hand but switches # using spoon - usually left but switches He is being mentored for writing using right hand currently.. but he cannot do anything of this type (writing /colouring/drawing) on his own yet. He is otherwise very sharp and observant and can read quite well but is quite restless. We have been at it past one year and have tried both hands for writing. Results are similar with both hands.. Due to covid, schools are closed and we are also unable to visit any pediatrician physically. Please help. Is there a possibility of him being ambidextrous?
