3.5 years old not speaking
My nephew who is 3.5 years old is not speaking at all. he generally shouts but never try to speak. When he was 6-7 months old, used to say or babble some words like papa, dada etc but gradually he stopped speaking instead he shouts whenever he wants to say something..sounds are yaayaayaaaa and daaadaaadaaaa. Please advice.

speech development usually sometimes delay in boys comparison to girl ...you can wait and watch
but atleast we have to check that has he no hearing problem...if child have hearing problem..so communication nd language skills doesn't develop
