A normal baby feeds atleast 8 to 12 times in a day for atleast 15 minutes each time.

Madam if the baby is too young,there'll be some issue initially until it learns how to latch in properly.Minimum 8 times baby will have to feed.If baby is passing urine 6 - 8 times in a day ,then it's taking feeds normally.Time of each feed will depend on the baby.plesse watch YouTube videos which teach about latching.You can use silicone nipple shield till proper latching is learnt.
