My son has been suffering from whitish loose motions for 5 days three time a day . He isn't eating anything

My son is 3 years old. He has been suffering from motions for 4 days. Immediately after his meal, he is going to washroom. Not eating anything. He became weak.

My son is 5 months old , he has severe cold, his nose is runny because of which he is very uncomfortable and also facing problem in feeding because of that, so he is constantly crying. What can we do?

C- section done as baby did potty inside stomach. Newborn baby born on 24 feb 2021. On second day saw some blood in diaper. One week antibiotics injection given as protien was high. Hi Doctor, My baby is 8 month old and her birth weight was 3.5 kg. And current weight is 8.2kg. we started semi solid food from 6 months. Baby started to move forward on stomach by 6 months. But still she is not sitting on her own and without support she will from sitting position. She not yet started to crawl also. Please guide the next step. Do we need to pediatrician for the milestone delay. We are giving vitamin D syrup from birth daily.
