Child Health Issues

My son is 3 years old and he is not eating at all from last 15 days. Earlier he used to atleast eat something like half parantha and even pizza and everything. But now he has left eating all this. He feels tired, has leg and shoulder pain. He is way too weak nowadays. Please help what should i do? Whom should i show ? Please doctors help me . I need him to be ok

Hello, todaay my competed 5months and started 6months today i started nestle cerelac rice flavour of one scoop as they described in the box tonstart with one scoop(8.5gm)with 5table spoon of water.. i prepared like that bht i felt the consistency is thick so i added more water n make it into milkshake like consistency but i didn't feed all i just fed only 7-8spoons(small baby spoon) as i started today so im afraid to fed more... and gave her 2n hlf small baby spoon of water Please give suggestions like did i strt in right way? Or i could have fed her all of one scoop cerelac? Or suggest me right way to feed semi solids and also when to start fruit puree n fruit juice along with the quantity
