Child Health Issues

My baby is 5 months old she makes eye contact only when we go straight to her. She smiles at us she is not responding when we cal or make sound from distance. Most of the time she looks at curtain ceiling fan and lights and babble. When we speak she only smiles at us but not babble. she vomits milk each and every feeding but gaining weight But she always back arching and never settle in hands.She does not likes to be holded by anyone not even by me. As a mother I'm so worried y she does not like to be holded by me.She rolled from her back to tummy by 3 months and now she can able to lift her head but not rolling from tummy to back. and her body started to feel so floppy but active she looks so lean for her age but have correct weight. I'm not sure y floppy it s just because she vomits everything she does not have strength or anything wrong with her body. I googled all these symptoms it gave me scary details like autism and some like cerebral palsy. pls help me I'm so worried.

Can i breastfeed my 1 month old baby if i was having mild fever few days back which last for only 1 day and i had taken paracetamol for that.Now I dont know whether I should breastfeed her or not

My daughter is 5 months old.. she recently started biting her lower lips. My mom and my mil says as per old sayings..she is going to be sick if bites her lips...is that true.. if yes in what way she will be sick.. I'm worried ☹️

After retention and after 15 days of retention ultrasound report has common thing i.e mild pelvicalyceal fullness.. But size of kidney is slightly i  small size in 2nd report.its mean it has urethral reflux. but dont have uti or fever or any other symptoms.can u pls suggest this finding come in which grade? n does post void cause uretral reflux?

Hi doctor, My kid is 9 months old (baby boy) and his weight is 5.8 kg .recently I observed white spots on his legs . Autistic child Female, 35 My son 13 months old What he does : 1.listen favourite songs 2. Lovrales to play peekboo since 8 month till date 3. smiles for his favourite songs or any character 4. Try to find out things if hidden 5. loves to go out 6.he knows when we bring his food 6. Once he tries to start tv with ac remote since he thought it's remote anyway. Walk wihout support 7. Hold our hand or stand in front of us to pick him up 8. Try to show with our hand that he wants something. What he don't do 1.  recognise his name rarely 2. Rarely look into anyone's eye but if video call is going he carefully look and respond. 3. Rarely smiles back. Is he autistic? No history of autism with my or his father side. Someone says due to he is been watching tv for long time he has slower in recognition. I am confused and worried

My baby boy is 8 months old and I am observing from few days that he is making noise from mouth while doing something like a horse does . I don't know this is normal or not ..pls suggest I should visit doctor or this is just normal in children.

My 6 months old is coughing for duration of 1-2 min whenever he coughs.Doctor examined physically and said it's normal.But I'm more worried if it's a covid symptom.please guide me what should be done to confirm it's not covid.
