Hi My boy is 4yrs old from last two weeks he is getting bruising like small marks on legs n hands n fading within 2days without any pain no swelling nothing. He is active like normal.why is like this ?is this askin problem r what?to whom to I consult to paediatrician or dermitalagist? Attached pics Pls check

Hello mam/sir, i had my nt scan reports are.. NT 2mm, FHR 173,and nosal bone unilateral on right side.. Dual marker report came normal. What are all the test i need to do please reply.. I couldn't sleep and eat.
