Child Health Issues

My son is 3 and half month old now, 6kgs formula fe , EXCELA nan pro. I had a major urinary bladder surgery due to bladder rupture after delivery, it was normal delivery. I could not feed him since i was hospitalized and below are my medication I am taking the following medicines 1) Tab urotone 25mg 1-0-1 2) Tab neurobion forte 0-0-1 3) Tab flotral 10mg 0-0-1 4) Tab D rise once a week 5) Tab becelac fortz 0-0-1 6) Tab becosules z 1-0-0 7) Calicmax 0-0-1 8) Tab altraday 1-0-0 9) pacimol 650mg 1-0-1 Since, i have given the list of medicine which i am taking. Is it ADVISABLE TO FEED HIM now? can i RESTART feeding him? Will my medicine cause him any trouble when i feed or should i continue with formula?

Sir my daughter have fever from 5th night ,medicine given combiflam suspension every 6hr, yesterday fever is 2 and now it is 100.

Dr till how many days this lymph nodes enlargement lasts..my 3.8 yo son is having it from a month..and has stomach ache..he is under medication..how many days it takes to be normal..and till how many days I should avoid ging him packaged food??

Are homemade doughnuts are safe for kids..my one is 3.8 yo and under medication for some bacterial infection..he was insisting for cakes and biscuits so I made him few doughnuts..are they good..

My child he is 2 yrs 7 month old. He is not talking yet. Whatever he wants he tells by action I talk to him on daily basis ask him to repeat but he don't say anything. He is able to respond whatever we say even he understand what we are talking he hears the talk proper laughs on the joke but don't speak I am really worried about him usually children talk after 15-18 month. My child has spoken papa ani mumma once but later he didn't. Could u plz guide me what can I do.?

My son is 15 months he has severe cough since 1 week. In the night he coughs so hard that he vomits. He had fever few days back but now its gone but cough is still there. Please advice
