Hello good afternoon ! Post vaccination sometimes baby cry due to swelling on injection site / pain . But if you apply wet cool wipes / ice pack then it will relieve the swelling as well as pain also ! You can comfort baby by giving extra cuddling , talking softly and rocking movements too ! If still it’s not consolable then you can give the paracetamol medicine as per prescribed dosages by your Pediatrician

The crying is due to pain. You can give her crocin syrup. She will be fine in a day or two. Incase there is a swelling or redness at site consult a pediatrician

Hello. It might be due to injection site pain. See if there s any swelling at the site. But if it is unconsolable cry, need to show the baby.
