My baby is 20 days old she latches correctly. But she takes feed for 10 min n goes to sleep. And then wakes up half hour n then asks for feed. When I pump I get only 20ml from both breast. I am taking q-lact. Plz help i am not understanding what to do.

Hi.. My daughter suffers from cold and cough quite frequently. Generally we give her Tixylix LS and Histafree ( 5ml - twice a day). But recently started giving her sinarest and nebuliser before sleep instead and the results were quite handy as it gives immideate releif but still the cold comes back after a week or 10days. Can u please suggest what are side effect of frequent use of sinarest and nebulization (Levolin and budecort).. Other question is whether the influenza vaccine will be beneficial in my case or not .. Hi Dr hi Doctor. My kid who is 3.8 years old with weighing 12.7 kgs was was tested dengue positive two days back and he had a severe fever from past eight days, but from past two days, he don't have any fever. Do we need to check the blood CBC again? I'm asking this because from past 48 hours, he don't have any fever and his activities are totally normal and urine output is totally normal. Can you please let us know? Do we need to check the blood CBC again took?

My relative's daughter is 4 weeks old baby girl has haemangioma on scalp, vertex region, exactly little middle to backwards of vertex region. They live in village and visited nearby doctor, they told it looks like haemangioma, like almost sure, but told them to go for ultrasound to be very sure, and they will be travelling to the city to get all the tests done, baby is active, sleeps well, and when she is awake she is active with leg kicks and hand movements, she was 3.25kg at birth, except 300 grams of weight loss in first week, now she is at 4.5 kg, she is breast fed. They came to know about the mark after 4 weeks only, never observed it before, as the mark is very flat, not sure if the baby had it at birth itself as they noticed it now only, and hair growth looks normal on the mark also. attached the pic here, if it's really a haemangioma, how much should they be worried, in internet it says it will grow little by little and it wil require surgery if its near eyes, this is on scalp.
