18 months old baby head circumference
Hi all my baby girl is 18 month old her head circumference is 44.5 is it normal and her soft spot on her head is slightly open not completely closed ..she was pre late term born at 37 weeks her weight at birth was 3.3kg and head circumference was 33 All her milestones are reached as per the limit just worried about her head circumference please suggest

Your child was born at term with normal head circumference and has gained all her milestones as u have mentioned , so you need not worry about the anterior fontanelle. It usually closes by 18 months but in few children it can take upto 24 months to close , so no worries
