Hi doctor my baby is 3 years old...she complained stomach pain after eating for the past 1 month ... suddenly she started vomiting...so took to hospital...she diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis...am attaching the scan report...dr prescribed antibiotics cexifime 100mg twice a day for 7 days and tinidazole for 5 days...after taking the antibiotics vomiting completely reduced and she stopped complaining stomach pain but after 2 days after stopping the antibiotics after completing full course medicine...she is sometimes says having stomach pain after meals...is this normal?? Or need to consult dr again...will that infection cured for this 7 days course antibiotics???

Hello I am looking for some helpful information from doctors We have 1 month baby He is our first baby My wife has C-section operation My wife says not getting enough milk for baby So we need feed few times from formula But we want to give only mother's milk daily We are confused from online sources what foods to eat more and more without causing trouble to baby health Can you please suggest best foods to eat daily to produce much much milk Thanks 🙏 for your response Greetings Jany
