Hi Doctor's,
My baby is 2 months old now and he was born at 36th week. He is only taking Vitamin D, does he also need Vitamin A to Z and iron doses also?
He is mostly on formula feeding. Kindly suggest.

Your child is late preterm so less likely to be at any risk of deficiencies. At 36 weeks child does not need any multivitamin or iron supplements, however it is required to evaluate the child physically. So u can consult your pediatrician for the same .

The formula feed will have vitamin d as well as iron fortification
If the birth weight was good ( more than 2500 kg) you may not worry for additional supplementation
