Hello, my baby is 6 months and it's been a month since we have started his solids and he used to poop once everyday and sometimes twice. But since last 2 days he has not popped and today morning he was trying to poop but couldn't empty his bowel and was able to pass a little bit of stool which was hard. Is my baby constipated? If yes, what to do? Or is this normal? Also, in solids i am giving my baby mostly sweet potato and carrot puree and last 2 days this is what he is eating and he has eaten this before many times and got no problem.

you should start weaning food after 6 completed months ..
if the baby was on formulae feed … for every 1 scoop of formulae you should add 30ml water … so you should maintain proper powder to water ratio…
Next Steps
look for abd distension . intractable vomiting.
blood and mucus in stools.. letargy and decreased activity
