Hello, my son who is 6.5 months now has been nothing on things and crying at night a lot. Happens more during nights. Can this be teething and if yes, is there anything I can do that would bring him relief. Also, he had been passing stool after every feed as well, not sure if it's related.

My 7 month old got fever and cold 2 days back and now he doesn't have fever but cold n cough is still there. Do I have to still give paracetamol to him?.. How to keep him hydrated?
