Can I delay the 6 month vaccination (typhoid conjugate vaccine and influenza 1 vaccine) of a child. Will delay affect the child.

My toddler (1 yr 10 months old) had gastritis 4 days ago and he was under medication: O2 suspension (2 per day), Rinifol Syrup (2 per day), lansoprazole 15 mg (1 in morning). After following these, he is bit irritated and crying frequently. He is eating regularly but still not in good mood.
