Red particles in poop, why this happened??? She is 5 months old. This has been observed twice in a week

Right now, we’ll monitor and make sure feeds and digestion are going smoothly. If it happens again or in larger amounts, need do a simple stool test and may consider adjusting the baby’s diet or mothers if she is breastfeeding. Most babies outgrow such sensitivities
