Teething diarrhea
My 6 month old baby had teething diarrhea. The doctor suggested z and d solution and ors. After two days of medicine, still baby is having 8-9 loose motions. Is it normal or it how long it takes to recover ??

Diarrhea is not because of teething ,it's due to infection or indiesgestion.....how much quantity of motion ,how baby taking feed?

Mostly it’s a viral diarrhea. Keep giving ORS, Syp Zinc 20 mg per day and can add on a probiotic. Since the baby is already 6 months old you can try giving curd, buttermilk and coconut water too. Mashed bananas in milk or curd, rice cereal are all good
Next Steps
Watch for another day. If not improving can do a stool test
