My daughter suffering from heavy cough from 3 days none of the cough syrup's helped any one help me any suggestions please

If the medicine bottle syrup falls on the ground, is it safe to give the medicine to baby? I accidentally dropped my baby's medicine bottle on ground, the bottle seems fine but not sure if its safe to give.

Hello, my 2 year old daughter having frequent urination (3-4 times per 1 hour) last 2 days. Today 3rd dat she got fever 101 but frequent urination has stopped. 2 episodes of fever today. Please advise what antibiotics should I start? bactrim syrup? Urine culture will comeback in 3 days but it will be too late. Thank you!! 14.5 kg weight.

Concern about my 2.5-month-old daughter’s sleep patterns. She sleeps a total of only 8–9 hours in a 24-hour period, which seems quite low for her age. At night, she sleeps for a long stretch and wakes only once in the early morning for a feeding. However, she rarely naps during the day. It also takes a lot of time to put her to sleep. We tried all the suggested methods- bed time massage, book reading, swadling, a soothing environment- dim lights & no noise. Once put to bed, she sleeps for approx 10 mins and then wakes up. This goes on for 2-3 rounds before she sleeps at a stretch. She is exclusively breastfed and generally seems content—she’s not cranky or irritable. She’s very alert, keeps her eyes wide open, and is constantly looking for interaction. She enjoys being spoken to and played with, and often shows no signs of sleepiness throughout the day. Is this something we should be concerned about?

Hello Dr, My daughter is 2 years old. Since last 2-3 months, she doesn't like eating food. She eats 2-3 bites of food and then stops. She is active, plays, speaks, fights.. Other things all normal.. Can you pls advise any medication which will increase her appetite and weight also. Thanks much.

My daughter is 2years 3months old she is talking cow milk per day around 500ml (in travelling tine around 600ml) she is taking food time to time nicely . But she addicted to drink milk while sleeping time so giving cow milk & pediasure . We try to avoid give more milk but she is crying like anything we are unable to stop ..
