100days old pet dog has bitten my 5yrs old kid Do i need to give injection to kid. The wound is not deep.

My baby is 8 months now From last 3/4 days he is getting loose motions we cousult a doctor they said it was teething time so its normal but today from morning he poops 6/7 times and last time we seen mucus and blood in his poop is it thing to worry

3plus old daughter weighs 12kgs. BW 3.65kgs. Increase in weight is slow since birth. Looks thin, fussy eater, self fed most of the time. Hyper active kid. Is zincovit and aptimust recommended? Or any other suggestions?

My son is 9.5 months old .. weight is 8.750 kg Birth weight- 2.750 kg Recently since last 1.5 months he didn't have any weight gain infact lost 100 Gms He is a breastfed baby..I don't give him formula milk Till now he has 4 meals a day and other times breastmilk He is a very active baby.. doesn't fall sick often Pee count normal My problem is he looks thin..is his weight fine?? should I incorporate formula milk mixing it with solid food to make him gain weight? My baby was born on 6th July 2021 on 37th week. During delivery there were some fetal distress so he didn't cry after birth, immediately he was shifted to NICU. Till day 1.5 he was on CPAP. On day 3 he was detected with mild jaundice which got increased eventually. My blood group is o+ and his blood group is A+ , so doc is telling this is also one of the reason and he got little head swelling during birth because of vaccum delivery. He got discharged on day 5 and at that time his billirubin was 10.8 after 48 hours phototherapy. Now we went to follow up where his billirubin report came 17.7. doc advised him to feed him well. And come back again after tomorrow, doc is telling if tomorrow his TCB report comes more than 16, then he will again need the phototherapy.Now my son is on 80% expressed milk feed and 20% formula feed. Please guide me what to do I am really worried.

Hi dr. I have delivered baby at 31 weeks 4 days.He is 35 weeks now . He was in nicu and since then i have been giving expessed breast feed . Earlier , the milk was sufficient as i was expressing in every 3 hours . Now , due to increased demand, i am expressing in every 2 hourly and giving it to him . But if he poops and peeps , his stomach becomes empty and takes the feed in every 1 hour . Sometimes ,he doesnt take 3 hourly , sometimes he takes it even within 1 hour. The routine is not setting properly. I am really confused as giving within an hour affects his stomach because of over feeding or is it fine ?Right now,he is taking within 45 -50 ml each time and after pooping , and he is taking again sometimes 30 ml, 10 ml within 1 hour. If i am giving him directly , i am unable to track the quantity and time as he sleeps a lot and doesnt know if he is full or not after half n hr direct feeding too. Please help dnt know how to feed him properly with proper feeding intervals and schedule.
