Use Democalm lotion. Use mild cleanser like cetaphil bar soap and also a moisturizer like cetaphil moisturizing lotion. It looks like minor allergy to something, may be soap. Contact again if not better

Looks like an allergic reaction. It can be to anything from clothes, creams, detergents, powders or to insect bites.
Please use baby sensitive creams like cetaphil cream and lotion. And mild soaps
