Is this a skin infection? This redness is mostly comes sometimes.is rhis rash or some kind of contagious skin infection? How fast skin infection can transfer from adult to baby? My father in law has some skin infection on face so i m confused if this is transferred skin infection

It doesnt seem to be infectious rash, can be inflammatory reaction secondary to mosquito bite or other insect
