Skin redness and pain for raw Dettol
My son is 4 years old. In his skin raw Dettol touched, his skin became red and swollen. Burning sensation and pain more. I attached photo here. What needs to do?

apply siloderm and t bact cream twice a day

Since the pic doesnt show severe inflammation wait for 2days.. If it gets severe take him to a pediatrician or else i wil settle on its own.
