Runnung nose,watery eyes and fever
My son is having fever from yesterday night with running nose,watery eyes.otherwise he is very active,eating well ,urinating well,and playing well.pls advice

Give paracetamol syrup 120 mg per 5 ml for 2 days 5 ml 6th hourly
Syrup cetrizine 2.5 ml twice daily for 3 days
If fever lasts more than three days consult a paediatrician
