My daughter is suffering from fever last 4 days . She is better now but suddenly at night only her head was toooo hot but leg and hand is cold . What to do

Hello,
Check temperature with thermometer, if fever present then give paracetamol otherwise not.
Child head is usually more warm compared to rest of body because of body growth pattern.
