Fever tends to produce a warm feel throughout. Not just on forehead. It may be because of influence of environmental temperature as head is the most exposed part in our body. Can be due to dehydration as well. Give ur child plenty of water to drink..

This can remain up to 2 year of life. Whenever you feel baby is warm I suggest document temperature in axilla. Normal temperature is 98.6 F.

Heads are relatively warmer in infants. As long as ur baby is feeding well and is active no need to worry.
Next Steps
If baby has any other symptoms like lethargic, not feeding well or flu like symptoms consult a pediatrician.

Respected ma’am In a 10 month old baby the forehead and abdomen may be warm to touch. This is usually normal Always check your baby’s temperature using a good thermometer if you have any doubts Also if his activity and appetite is good there is nothing to worry
Next Steps
Keep your baby comfortable especially in summer climates Continue breastfeeding and increase fluid intake Consult your Pediatrician if your baby has other symptoms like cough or cold
