If your baby is exclusively breast fed then you need to give 400 IU of vitamin d3 everyday. Please read the syrup/ drops for how much is there in 1 ml and give accordingly.
If your baby is formula fed then there would be no need.
Partial formula fed babies can be given VIT D.
