Child Health Issues

My son is 15 days old and having lots of motions in a day up to 12-15 times. But since last 2 days he is straining a lot to pass the gas. during night he strains a lot. I did his stool test which indicates bact flora as adequate but other parametr are normal. Can you please help what could be wrong here.
