Child Health Issues

My son is of 2years and 5months old. He says to every male papa. Speaks mumma, papa ,baba, no, go, nahi, gagga aa gayee, lag gayee, doggi hai . Does eye contact rarely means when he is saying only then but when I say to him he doesn't and if force fully I hold his head upwards ,then start crying. He is my first child. From 20 may he got dysentery and hook worms and still medications are going on. And now he does shushu on bed during day , sometimes he removes his pants on his own otherwise remains in shushu. At night he doesn't  bed wet. Is he ok or not???

My baby has CMPA and she is 3.5 months old . Breastfeeding baby . When can I reintroduce milk and milk products in my diet as well as in my baby

My baby is 1month old.can I use shalimar coconut oil for giving him hair massage?if not then which product need to be used for his hair?

My baby boy is 2.4 yeear old. But, he can't speak properly, he only say mumma papa attu( his name). He is bubbling all the time, he don't have tounge-tie. His screen time is zero, he eats very well, he is sleeping almost 8 hours at night & take 2 hours nap at day time. He connect with people and play with them. He tells about his needs by pointing his fingers & hands. But now he suddenly crying & screming sometime, we can't understand why he is behaving like this & he became normol after 5 minutes.

Hello sir, From yesterday my kid started to getting red patches/rashes all over the body. (No fever as such). The rashes are going away from same place and reoccuring somewhere else after some time. We are applying calora lotion to soothe. What it could be? Thanks

Hello, My son is having low grade fever from past 2 months. In evening his fever will go up till 99.4 and his palms and feet are hot. Done with antibiotics course twice and done with blood tests and typhoid test. All reports are ok. Kindly suggest. Main thing is his palm and feet will be more hot.
