My 4 year old daughter weights 13.1 kgs. Recently has low appetite and doesn't put on weight as per her age. Please suggest and advice as to what can be done or any tonic that can promote appetite and over all vitamin deficiency. She is very active but since birth does not put on weight. Baby vomiting and loose motions

My 20mo daughter had fever on 11th, due to wet hair and AC on, We have given her ibugesic plus 5ml and monticope suspension 5ml for 2 days . From yesterday she is having loose stool and has vomited, there is no fever though. We suspect it's due to monticope. What foods should we give her now, she is eating cerelac easily from last 2 days.
