Watery stools sometimes

Asked for Female, 37 Years

My son 17 month old does watery once a day past three to four days. He had been covid positive on 21st july his doctor prescribed zinc and electrol powder for 7 days. But sometimes still he does watery stools once a day or sometime no watery stools for whole day. He is extremely active, eats everything no issues with any food. But don't know what's wrong with his stomach?

There is no need to give zinc or electral powder , if the child is not having multiples loose motions in a day. So stop these. Watch for a few days , if stools become normal , then no need to worry. A health appetite and good activity suggests that your child is fine.
